Sound Library is now covered under an International Creative Commons license.
This brings the library into line with many other media resources and provides a common license worldwide.
This change has been made at the request of many educational institutions that find the Creative Commons license the most straightforward to work with and is in line with the requirements for The Foundation Library distribution network.
